Fabulous, spacious and modern home that sleeps up to 8 people. The property is situated in large private grounds of 1.5 acres with manicured gardens that overlook countryside. The property is in the village of Fishlake on the outskirts of Doncaster with local amenities nearby including a pub, cafe, beauty salon, hairdresser and luxury health spa. It is also close to motorway networks and a short drive to Doncaster town and attractions such as Doncaster Racecourse and Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
The property has a large open plan shaker style kitchen with an island with seating, ideal for entertaining and also has a sofa/tv area. Bifold doors from the kitchen open directly onto the large rear garden.
The light and spacious lounge/sitting room is elegantly decorated and provides seating for up to 8 people to enjoy a relaxing drink and watch a film. This room also has bifold doors onto the rear garden.
The oak and glass staircase takes you up to the bright and spacious landing where there is a chaise lounge awaiting you. The four bedrooms are tastefully decorated with two bedrooms having large kingsize beds and fitted wardrobes. The two remaining bedrooms each have 2 single beds and storage. The large main bathroom has marble tiles, with a walk in shower, freestanding bath and opulent fittings and accessories.
The large family room/games room provides a focal point for having fun, with a selection of board games, a pool table, TV, darts board and drinks bar. This room is situated at the front of the house and has French doors opening onto the garden.
The house also includes a separate downstairs WC, utility room with washing machine/dryer and boot room for muddy boots and clothes.
Outside, the property has a private garden spreading over 1 acre including parking with a double garage and outbuildings. The rear garden includes an orchard and a patio area, where there will be a BBQ and seating/dining area for up to 8 people.
